Cleaning around the swimming pool to prevent debris collection in the pool

For Solid Covers:

• Removal of standing water from solid safety cover

• Cleaning and drying of safety cover

• Thorough inspection of safety cover for any damage including rips and tears

• Storage of safety cover in appropriate receptacle in a clean, dry location off the floor

• Cleaning of the safety pump

For Mesh Covers:

• Clean and dry the mesh cover and secure it in its storage bag in a clean, dry location off of the floor

• Thorough inspection of safety cover for any damage including rips/tears

Removal of the pool’s winterization plugs and skimmer guards

Replacement of all plugs into the appropriate equipment (includes: filter, pump, strainer, heater)

Securing safety cover anchors into the decking

Addition of water to the pool’s optimal operating level

Cleaning and backwashing the filter (additional charge for DE and cartridge filters)

Priming the pump and adjusting all returns

Brushing, skimming, and vacuuming the pool (vacuum provided by American Pro Solutions, LLC to avoid running debris through the customers pool’s pump/filtration system)

Checking/balancing pool water (includes up to 1 gallon of liquid chlorine; additional charge may be incurred depending on required chemicals)

Thorough inspection of handrails, ladders, diving boards (if applicable) prior to reinstallation

Acid Wash

• Drain, pressure wash, and acid wash pool with chlorine bath. Standard price included up to five bags of trash and five hours of work

Heater Cleaning and Safety Check

• Leaves & Debris will be removed and clear in and around your heater. Our team will do a standard check of your heater and notify you of any safety concerns

Salt System Cell Cleaning

• Can be performed on the day of the opening or as scheduled. Additional fees will occur
